As a supervisor, my goal is to foster a collaborative environment that will promote growth, learning, and ethical practice. My approach to supervision is grounded in a blend of theoretical frameworks coupled with real-world applications. I intend to help supervisees develop their clinical skills and therapeutic style. I am passionate about teaching and mentoring. I believe that receiving my own supervision was pivotal in my clinical practice. Therefore, I am excited to “pay it forward.”

Before establishing my practice, I gained invaluable experience in high-intensity clinical settings, including the Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). These roles afforded me a broad perspective on mental health care delivery. In my current practice, I focus on delivering evidence-based psychotherapy to adults and couples in an outpatient setting. My expertise spans a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
